Ha Giang Loop Tour packages – Adventure Beyond the Map

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of tours, motorbike rentals, bus transfers, and other travel services provided by us.

1. PRICES

All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of VAT.

2. DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT

A deposit of 20% is required to secure all services. The remaining balance must be paid on the morning of the tour departure date.

3. CONFIRMATION

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with tour details, pick-up arrangements, and contact information.

4. SERVICE PROVISION

Tours are operated by licensed guides and drivers. Motorbikes are inspected before handover. Self-drive customers must provide valid passport and driving license.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30-16 days before: 50% charged
• Within 15 days: 100% deposit forfeited
• No-shows: Full charge, no refund

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate details, hold valid travel documents, comply with Vietnamese laws, and be punctual at meeting points.

7. INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

8. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
